Resident Parking One of the residents of this row of cottages asked LRA Cllr Chris Pond whether anything could be done about their parking problems. Unusually, this is a small area and residents were prepared to make a unanimous request to NEPP (things are rarely this simple!)

NEPP’s Statement of Reasons.
“The road is within a short walking distance of a tube station and town and is regularly utilised by non residents for parking. A resident parking will improve the parking provision for local residents and their visitors. Dual use of the bay will also be encouraged to offer shoppers parking spaces during specified times, when bays use is limited, to visit local shops and businesses.”
